Personal data

Personal data are collected:

  • when you register for the CRUSOE application. The intention of each form is to limit the collection of personal data by only requesting information necessary to access the workspace and to send information relating to this (surname, first name, organisation, email address, possibly ORCID if this is the chosen connection method). These data are only kept for the time it takes to prepare the certification application file in the CRUSOE application
  • when requests are sent to the “crusoe.ouvrirlascience.fr” site via the contact form: https://crusoe.ouvrirlascience.fr/contact/#/ (name, email, message). These data are only kept while the request is processed.

Audience measurement cookies

Our site uses Matomo Piwik to help us analyse how users use the site by visit statistics and other characteristics. This helps us adapt and improve the site. Matomo places cookies on the device you are using for a maximum of 13 months. Matomo also collects the following data and only transmits this to the MESR and our hosting service Sedoo/Observatoire Midi-Pyrénées – anonymised IP address (format 192.168.xxx.xxx) and user location. These individual data are stored for 1 year. Internet users who do not wish to receive cookies can configure their browser so that they receive a warning each time cookies are sent, refuse cookies from certain websites or delete cookies from their browser.

The data controller shall make sure that the collection and processing of your data from this site complies with European and French data protection legislation (GDPR).

In compliance with GDPR regulation, you may at any time access, modify or delete all the data we possess about you via the user interface.
